1. About these Terms
These Travel Club Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your registration for, access to and use of a NaviSavi-powered Travel Club, including the member platform, subscription services, travel-search tools and any travel booking made through the platform (together, the “Travel Club”).
The Travel Club may be presented under the name or branding of an authorised community, membership organisation, employer, publisher, creator or other commercial partner (the “Travel Club Partner”). The Travel Club Partner may introduce or promote the Travel Club, but does not become the supplier of a travel service merely because its branding appears on the platform.
By registering, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Travel Club or making a booking, you agree to these Terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, the subscription information shown at signup, and the terms and conditions of the relevant Booking Partner and Travel Supplier.
2. Contracting party and platform roles
The Travel Club is powered and administered by NaviSavi (“NaviSavi”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The legal NaviSavi entity that contracts with you, its registered address and any applicable registration details must be identified on the live Terms page before publication.
NaviSavi provides the Travel Club technology, member account and subscription experience, access to travel inventory, customer-support routing and related services. NaviSavi may use third-party technology, payment and booking providers to operate the Travel Club.
A “Booking Partner” is a third-party inventory, distribution or booking provider through which travel inventory is made available. A “Travel Supplier” is the hotel, resort, property manager, car-rental company, tour operator, activity provider or other business that owns, controls or delivers the travel service you purchase.
Neither NaviSavi nor the Travel Club Partner owns, manages, operates or controls a Travel Supplier unless expressly stated for a specific product.
3. Eligibility and personal use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You may only use the Travel Club for legitimate personal, non-commercial travel purposes.
You are financially responsible for activity carried out through your account and for bookings made by you or by anyone using your credentials. You may make a booking for another traveller only where you are authorised to act for that person and all information supplied is complete and accurate.
An unaccompanied minor may not use the Travel Club to make a booking. Additional age, residency, affiliation or eligibility requirements may apply to a particular partner programme or subscription offer.
4. Registration, account security and access
You may need to create an account and purchase or activate a subscription before accessing member rates. Your username, password and account are personal to you and must not be sold, transferred or shared.
You must keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify support@navi-savi.com if you suspect unauthorised use or a security breach.
We may reject registration information, require it to be corrected, suspend access or terminate an account where information is inaccurate, eligibility requirements are not met, misuse is suspected, payment is overdue, or these Terms are breached.
5. Subscription plans, fees and renewal
Available subscription plans, prices, currencies, billing periods, included features, introductory offers and renewal arrangements are displayed on the applicable signup or checkout page. They may differ by Travel Club Partner, promotion, country or membership group.
Where a plan is described as automatically renewing, it will renew at the stated interval using the payment method associated with your account unless cancelled before the renewal date. Where required, we will provide advance renewal notice.
Fixed-term, trial, complimentary or promotional plans may expire without automatic renewal. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancelling a subscription does not create a refund for any unused part of the current paid period.
We may change future subscription pricing or plan features by providing notice required by applicable law. A price change will not retrospectively alter a travel booking already confirmed.
6. Subscription cancellation and termination
Where available, you may cancel through your profile dashboard under Settings. You may also contact support@navi-savi.com. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal where applicable but does not cancel or alter an existing travel booking.
We may suspend or terminate subscription access for fraud, misuse, credential sharing, chargeback abuse, non-payment, security concerns or breach of these Terms. Where required by law, we will provide notice and any applicable refund or remedy.
Termination of your subscription does not remove payment obligations or supplier conditions relating to an existing booking.
7. Travel inventory and supplier information
The Travel Club allows you to search and book travel products made available by Booking Partners and Travel Suppliers. Inventory, availability, property descriptions, amenities, images, star ratings and other product information are provided by third parties.
We take reasonable steps to present information accurately, but classifications and standards vary by country and supplier. We do not guarantee that every description, image, amenity, map position, rating or availability statement is error-free or current.
Display of a Travel Supplier or product does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or a recommendation by NaviSavi or the Travel Club Partner.
8. Member rates, savings and comparisons
The Travel Club provides access to selected member rates and promotional offers. Savings vary by product, destination, supplier, dates, availability, inclusions, comparison basis and the rates available to you through other loyalty or membership programmes.
Any “up to” saving or comparison with a publicly available rate is illustrative and does not guarantee that every search or booking will be cheaper than every other channel. You should compare the complete price, room or product type, inclusions, cancellation terms and payment conditions before booking.
Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed and payment requirements are completed.
9. Prices, commissions, taxes and additional charges
The total price may include the Travel Supplier’s rate, Booking Partner fees, NaviSavi commission or service fees, and estimated taxes and charges. The final amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged by the applicable payment processor, subject to any clearly disclosed pay-at-property amounts.
Certain charges may be payable directly to the Travel Supplier and may not be included in the amount collected online, including resort fees, city or occupancy taxes, parking, deposits, energy surcharges, pet fees, gratuities, minibar, room service and incidental charges.
The “Taxes and Fees” amount may include estimated supplier taxes, taxes payable by a Booking Partner and service fees retained as compensation for facilitating and servicing the booking. The party responsible for remitting a tax depends on the jurisdiction and booking structure.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, service fees and commissions included in a booking may be non-refundable when a booking is cancelled or changed.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before confirmation or while a reservation remains pending. Where a pending reservation contains an error, you will be offered the corrected price or the option to cancel without penalty.
10. Currency and payment
Prices may be displayed in a selected or local currency. The currency in which you will actually be charged is shown before payment. Exchange rates can fluctuate until payment is completed.
Your card issuer, bank or payment provider may apply a different exchange rate or charge foreign-transaction, conversion or other fees. NaviSavi is not responsible for those third-party charges.
You must use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use. A Travel Supplier may separately require a card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental expenses.
11. Booking contract and supplier terms
Your booking is governed by the rules, restrictions, cancellation policy and other terms shown during checkout and in the booking confirmation. By booking, you agree to the applicable Booking Partner and Travel Supplier terms.
The Travel Supplier is responsible for delivering the travel service. NaviSavi facilitates access to inventory and booking functionality but does not control the Travel Supplier’s performance, property operations, safety procedures or service delivery.
Booking Partner terms applicable to your reservation may be made available during checkout, in your confirmation or on request.
12. Booking changes, cancellation, no-shows and refunds
Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled depends on the specific rate and supplier policy. Some bookings are freely cancellable within a stated period; others are partially refundable or non-refundable.
You agree to pay any cancellation, change, no-show or early-departure charge imposed under the booking conditions. If you do not arrive for the first night and intend to use later nights, you must follow the support instructions in your confirmation to avoid cancellation of the remaining stay.
Where a refund or credit is permitted, it will be processed in accordance with the Booking Partner or Travel Supplier policy. A refund may be returned to the original payment method or issued as a future credit, depending on the applicable terms.
Refund timing depends on the Booking Partner, Travel Supplier, payment processor and your bank. NaviSavi is not responsible for delay after a refund has been released to the payment network.
13. Problems with a booking
For urgent service-delivery issues, contact the Travel Supplier or booking-support provider identified in your confirmation. This gives the responsible provider an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue while the service is being delivered.
NaviSavi may assist with support routing and communications but cannot compel a Travel Supplier to provide a refund, upgrade or other remedy outside the applicable supplier terms and mandatory law.
14. Travel protection and ancillary products
Travel protection, trip protection, insurance or “cancel for any reason” products may be offered by an independent third-party provider. They are separate products governed by their own policy wording, exclusions, eligibility rules and claim procedures.
Adding protection does not automatically make every booking refundable. You must review the policy certificate and coverage terms before purchase. NaviSavi does not underwrite insurance and cannot determine or guarantee a claim outcome.
You are responsible for deciding whether the coverage is suitable for your circumstances and for purchasing it within any required time limit.
15. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact the support channel shown in your confirmation or support@navi-savi.com so the charge and booking conditions can be reviewed.
We and the relevant payment or booking provider may dispute a chargeback where the transaction was authorised, the booking was non-refundable, the supplier policy was accepted, the service remained available, or the claim otherwise conflicts with the booking record.
An improper chargeback may result in cancellation of the related booking or suspension of the Travel Club account, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section removes a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.
16. Travel documents, entry requirements and destination risk
You are responsible for passports, visas, transit visas, health documents, vaccinations, insurance, licences and all entry, departure and local-law requirements applying to every traveller in the booking.
You should review current government travel advisories and entry requirements issued by the relevant authorities for your citizenship, residence, transit points and destination. Requirements can change at short notice.
NaviSavi is not responsible where a traveller is denied boarding, entry or a service because required documents or eligibility conditions were not met.
17. Force majeure and events outside our control
Neither NaviSavi nor the Travel Club Partner is responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, border closure, strike, transport disruption, supplier closure, insolvency, system outage or similar event.
Any refund, credit or alternative arrangement in such circumstances is governed by the applicable supplier policy and mandatory law. NaviSavi does not guarantee that a Travel Supplier or Booking Partner will remain solvent or pay an approved refund.
18. Acceptable use
You must not use the Travel Club unlawfully or fraudulently; make speculative, false or unauthorised bookings; use an invalid or unauthorised payment method; interfere with the platform; introduce malicious code; scrape, data-mine or systematically copy content; reverse engineer the service; bypass access controls; harvest user data; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Public search engines may index publicly available pages only to the extent permitted by our robots.txt instructions. This does not permit copying, caching or commercial reuse of member-only inventory, rates or content.
19. Privacy and communications
Information submitted through the Travel Club is handled under the applicable Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
Data may be shared with the Travel Club Partner, Booking Partners, Travel Suppliers, payment providers, fraud-prevention providers and support providers where necessary to operate subscriptions, process bookings, deliver services, provide reporting, comply with law or protect the platform.
Operational messages about registration, security, payments, bookings, subscription expiry or renewal are service communications. Optional marketing is sent according to your consent and preferences.
20. Third-party services and links
The Travel Club may provide access to third-party content, websites, maps, payment tools, insurance products and booking materials. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have additional terms and privacy policies.
Availability of third-party material does not create a legal partnership or endorsement. Use of third-party services is at your own risk, subject to mandatory law.
21. Intellectual property
The Travel Club platform, software, NaviSavi branding, design and original content are owned by or licensed to NaviSavi. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Travel Supplier names, logos, images, descriptions and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit platform content without permission.
22. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that all third-party content, pricing, descriptions or availability will always be complete, accurate or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to the previous paragraph, NaviSavi and the Travel Club Partner are not liable for the Travel Supplier’s acts or omissions, the quality or delivery of a travel service, destination conditions, denied entry caused by missing documents, or indirect or consequential loss.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Travel Club, your breach of these Terms, or a booking made without authority for another person.
This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify NaviSavi for losses caused by NaviSavi’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
24. Suspension, changes and discontinuation
We may update, suspend or discontinue part of the Travel Club, change access methods, add or remove inventory providers, or modify future fees and features. We will provide notice where required by law or where a change materially affects an active paid subscription.
Changes to these Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version. They will not retrospectively alter a dispute or confirmed booking where applicable law prevents that result.
25. Complaints and support
For account, subscription or platform questions, contact support@navi-savi.com. For a booking issue, use the supplier or booking-support contact shown in your confirmation and include your booking reference and registered email address.
Do not send complete payment-card details or other highly sensitive information by email.
26. Governing law, disputes and consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of your country of residence, including rights that cannot be waived by contract.
27. General provisions
If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or rights without consent. NaviSavi may assign its rights and obligations as part of a corporate restructuring, sale or service transfer where your legal rights are not prejudiced.
These Terms, the applicable signup information, Privacy Policy, booking conditions and incorporated supplier terms form the agreement relevant to your use of the Travel Club.
